| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은 미세 패턴이 형성된 구조체를 제조하는 방법에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 고분자 몰드를 이용한 생산성이 향상된 미세 패턴이 형성된 구조체의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 미세 패턴이 형성된 구조체의 제조방법은, (ㄱ) 표면에 패턴이 형성된 고분자 몰드를 제조하는 단계와, (ㄴ) 상기 고분자 몰드의 패턴 내에 유동성 재료를 도포하는 단계와, (ㄹ) 2차 구조체 지지 기판을 상기 고분자 몰드의 패턴 위에 배치하는 단계와, (ㅁ) 상기 유동성 재료를 경화시켜 상기 2차 구조체 지지 기판에 부착하는 단계와, (ㅂ) 상기 2차 구조체 지지 기판과 상기 고분자 몰드를 분리시켜, 상기 유동성 재료가 경화되면서 형성된 유동성 재료 경화구조체가 부착된 2차 구조체 지지 기판을 얻는 단계를 포함한다. 본 발명에 따른 미세 패턴이 형성된 구조체의 제조방법은 기포 등에 의한 패턴 결함이 발생할 확률이 낮다는 장점이 있다. 따라서 구조의 미세화와 고밀도화에 유리하며 수율이 높다. | - |
