공진 주파수 변화를 이용한 ＡＤ 컨버터 및 그전압측정소자An analog-to-digital converter which uses resonance frequency shifting and a voltage detecting device thereof
AD 컨버터 및 그 전압검출소자가 제공된다. 본 AD 컨버터는, 공진기의 공진 주파수를 이용하여 입력전압의 크기에 따라 결정된 공진 주파수의 신호를 출력하는 적어도 하나의 전압측정소자를 포함하고, 전압측정소자에서 출력된 출력신호에 따라 디지털 출력값을 결정한다. 이에 따라, 보다 낮은 전력을 소모하면서 고 분해능과 고 스피드를 구현할 수 있는 AD 컨버터를 제공할 수 있게 된다.공진기, 공진 주파수, BPF, AD 컨버터
