| dc.description.abstract | 방열핀과 방열핀의 배치구조 및 고정된 핀 사이의 공간에 움직이는 핀을 삽입한 히트싱크가 개시된다. 개시된 본 발명은 수개의 휘어진 판상의 고정핀이 일정간격으로 구비되고 발열되는 부품인 발열체가 설치되는 기판에 부착되어 방열시키기위한 고정패널을 포함하는 고정히트싱크와; 상기 수개의 고정핀중 인접하는 두개의 고정핀 사이에 휘어진 판상의 회전핀이 일정간격으로 수개가 구비되는 회전패널을 포함하는 회전히트싱크와; 상기 회전패널의 일측면에 고정되는 링크와 상기 링크와 결합되고 이를 회전시키는 회전축을 포함하는 회전부와; 상기 회전축에 회전력을 전달하는 모터를 포함하는 구동수단으로 이루어짐으로써 회전부 및 회전히트싱크의 회전에 의하여 상기 고정핀과 회전핀간에 공기의 유입 및 유출이 발생하는 것을 특징으로 하기에 본 발명은 공기의 유동을 이용하고 냉각팬을 사용하지 않음으로써 히트싱크가 작동함에 있어서 소음을 현저히 줄일 수 있으며 또한 냉각팬을 사용하지 않음으로써 히트싱크의 부피를 줄여 공간활용이 용이한 효과를 갖는다.히트싱크, 방열핀, 고정핀, 회전핀, 고정히트싱크, 회전히트싱크 | - |
