| dc.description.abstract | 망간을 기초로 하는 올리빈 복합고용체 및 이의 제조 방법을 개시한다. 본 발명에 따른 올리빈 복합고용체는 화학식이 LiM1xM2yMn1-x-yPO4이며, 여기서, 0003c#x≤0.15, 0003c#y≤0.15, M1은 Mn2+/Mn3+ 산화환원전위(redox potential)보다 낮은 산화환원전위를 가지는 전이금속 또는 3+, 4+, 5+ 및 6+ 중 어느 하나의 산화수를 가지는 비전이금속이고, M2는 Mn2+/Mn3+ 산화환원전위보다 높은 산화환원전위를 가지는 전이금속 또는 1+ 및 2+ 중 어느 하나의 산화수를 가지는 비전이금속이다. 본 발명의 올리빈 복합고용체는 충전 및 방전이 진행될 때 리튬 이온의 탈리와 삽입을 쉽게 해주어 일반적인 충전 및 방전 진행시 이론 용량에 근접한 용량을 보임으로써 차세대 리튬 이차전지 양극재료로 매우 적합하다. | - |
