본원발명은 하기 화학식 1의 스피넬 복합고용체 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.[화학식 1](0≤x003c#1/2)상기 스피넬 복합고용체의 제조방법은 리튬 전구체, 니켈 전구체 및 타이타늄 전구체를 유기 용매과 혼합하여 혼합 전구체 용액을 얻는 단계, 상기 혼합 전구체 용액에서 유기 용매를 증발시켜서 혼합 전구체 분말을 얻는 단계 및 상기 혼합 전구체 분말을 열처리하는 단계를 포함한다.본원발명의 스피넬 복합고용체는 고속 충방전에 유리하여 리튬 이차전지의 음극재료로 매우 적합하다.
