본 발명은 카르복실화된 탄소나노튜브(CNT)에 화학적 작용기를 이용하여 금속 나노 결정을 점재(dot)시켜 얻어지는 전도성 CNT, 상기 전도성 CNT를 패턴이 형성된 기질상에 높은 표면밀도를 가지도록 반복하여 적층하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전도성 CNT 패턴의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 전도성 CNT 및 그 패턴은 바이오물질과 반응하는 바이오 리셉터를 부착한 바이오센서로 응용가능성이 매우 클 것으로 기대된다. 탄소나노튜브, 전기전도도, 금속, 패턴, 리셉터, 바이오센서
