400Å(Co82Cr18)100-xPtx/1100Å Ti 합금 얇은 막에 Pt을 1∼14 원자%를 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기 기록 매체와,유리 기판상부에 Ti 바탕층을 배치하는 제1 공정;Pt 팁을 싣는 CoCr 합금 타겟을 사용하고,상기 Pt의 조성을 변화시키는 것에 의해 제작 되는 CoCrPt 합금 얇은 막을,상기 Ti 바탕층 상부에 증착하는 제2 공정;및 상기 CoCrPt 합금 얇은 막 상부에 Si3N4를 증착하는 제3 공정;을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기 기록 매체의 제조 방법을 제공하고,고밀도 자기 기록 매체로서 바람직한 미시적 자기 특성 및 구조적 특성을 가지는 자기 기록 매체를 구현화했다.
