본 발명은 호기성 미생물인 바실러스속 미생물을 이용하고 당류를 부가적으로 공급하는 단계를 포함하는 폴리글루탐산의 고농도 생산방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 폴리글루탐산의 고농도 생산방법은 바실러스속 미생물을 배양하는 배지에 당류를 부가적으로 공급하고, 유가식 또는 회분식으로 바실러스속 미생물을 배양하여, 부산물의 생산없이 고농도의 폴리글루탐산을 높은 수율로 생산하는 방법을 제공한다. 본 발명의 폴리글루탐산의 고농도 생산방법은 대규모로 적용할 수 있으므로, 폴리글루탐산을 경제적으로 대량생산할 수 있다.폴리글루탐산, 당류, 바실러스속 미생물
