| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은 폴리머 또는 레지스트 패턴과 이를 이용한 몰드, 금속 박막 패턴, 금속 패턴 및 이들의 형성 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 폴리머 또는 레지스트 패턴 형성 방법은 (a) 기판 상에 감광성 폴리머 또는 레지스트를 도포하여 폴리머 또는 레지스트 막을 형성하는 단계, (b) 폴리머 또는 레지스트 막 상에서 노광부분을 결정하는 단계, (c) 폴리머 또는 레지스트 막으로 노광되는 빛의 경로 상에 빛 굴절막과 빛 확산막을 배치하는 단계 및 (d) 빛 굴절막과 빛 확산막을 투과하는 빛을 폴리머 또는 레지스트 막의 노광부분에 조사하여 폴리머 또는 레지스트 패턴을 형성하는 단계를 포함한다.이러한 본 발명에 따른 폴리머 또는 레지스트 패턴 형성 방법에 의하면 다양한 경사 및 모양을 가진 3차원 비대칭 구조의 폴리머 또는 레지스트 패턴과 이를 이용하여 몰드, 금속 박막 패턴, 금속 패턴을 간편하게 형성할 수 있는 효과가 있다. 3차원 비대칭, 빛 굴절막, 빛 확산막, 폴리머 패턴, 레지스트 패턴, 금속 박막 패턴, 금속 패턴 구조, 몰드, 프리즘(prism), 디퓨져(diffuser), 고분자 분산형 액정(polymer dispersed liquid crystal-PDLC) | - |
