본 발명은 원전 관리 및 운전과 관련된 현장 작업시 작업자의 개인 무선통신단말을 활용함에 있어서 정보 유출 방지가 가능하도록, 설정된 실행 조건을 만족하는 경우에만 응용 프로그램을 실행시키고 실행 종료 조건을 만족하는 경우에는 해당 응용 프로그램의 실행 종료를 수행할 수 있는 환경 감응형 활성화 및 비활성화를 기능을 갖는 무선통신단말 및 그 동작 방법에 관한 것이다.
