기계적 강도가 향상된 백금흑 미세전극 및 이의 제조방법Platinum black microelectrode improving mechanical stability and preparation methods thereof
본 발명은 백금흑(Platinum black) 박막 표면에 카테콜 폴리머 박막을 포함하는 미세전극을 제공한다. 본 발명에 따른 백금흑 미세전극은 다공성 나노 구조를 가짐으로써 높은 전기적 특성을 가지며, 부족한 기계적 강도를 극복하기 위하여 접착제로써 카테콜 폴리머를 포함하여 기계적 안정성이 향상되는 효과가 있다. 이에 따라, 백금흑의 다공성 나노 구조를 유지할 수 있기 때문에 낮은 임피던스를 유지하여 전극의 감도를 유지할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
