| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은 OTX2 단백질을 유효성분으로 포함하는 미토콘드리아 이상질환 예방 및 치료용 조성물에 관한 것으로, 구체적으로, Otx2 유전자의 단일결함은 시기능 및 망막전위도(electroretinogram; ERG) 반응을 감소시키고, 원뿔 광수용체(cone photoreceptor) 및 쌍극 세포(bipolar cells)의 변성 및 발달 저하를 초래하며, 특히 유형-II OFF-원뿔 쌍극 세포의 심각한 퇴화를 유발하고, 또한, Otx2 이형접합 돌연변이 마우스에 안구 내 주입한 Otx2 단백질이 망막 신경세포를 통과하여 미토콘드리아의 활성을 유의적으로 조절함을 확인함으로써, 본 발명의 OTX2 단백질을 유효성분으로 함유하는 조성물은 미토콘드리아 이상질환 예방 및 치료용으로 유용하게 사용될 수 있음을 확인하였다. | - |
