적외선 검출기Infrared Detector
본 발명의 실시형태에 따른 적외선 검출기는 적외선을 감지하여 전류 신호를 출력하는 마이크로 볼로미터 액티브 셀; 및 상기 마이크로 볼로미터 액티브 셀에 대한 기준 전류 신호를 생성하는 기준 셀을 포함하고, 상기 기준 셀은 병렬 연결된 i개의 단위 웜 셀의 묶음 j개가 직렬 연결된 웜 셀 어레이 구조를 갖는 복수개의 단위 웜 셀로 구성되며, 상기 기준 셀은 상기 단위 웜 셀의 전기적 저항값의 j/i배의 전기적 저항값을 가지고, 상기 기준 셀은 상기 단위 웜 셀의 열 저항값의 1/(i*j) 배의 열 저항값을 갖지며, 여기서 상기 i 및 j는 자연수일 수 있다.
