본 발명은 산화물 핵연료 소결체 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 이를 위하여, 본 발명은 산화물 핵연료의 소결체로써, 상기 소결체 내에 열전도성의 2차원 또는 3차원 구조체를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 산화물 핵연료 소결체 을 제공한다. 본 발명은 핵연료 소결체의 열전도도를 높이고, 원자로 연소 중 핵연료의 온도를 감소시킬 수 있으며, 이를 통해, 핵연료의 안전성 및 성능을 증가시키고, 원자로사고에서 안전성에 대한 여유도를 향상시킬 수 있다.
