생체신호전달 네트워크 분석방법Cellular signal transduction network analyzing method
노드와 링크를 포함하는 네트워크 모델의 효율적인 분석을 위하여, 노드들을 관찰노드, 제1타입의 제어노드, 제2타입의 제어노드로 구분한다. 제1타입의 제어노드는 그 노드가 나타낼 수 있는 값을 초기값에서 중간값까지 변화시키고, 다시 중간값에서 최종값까지 변화시키는 프로세스에 이용되는 노드이다. 제2타입의 제어노드는 다양한 값을 갖도록 제어할 수 있다. 관찰노드는, 상기 제1타입의 제어노드와 상기 제2타입의 제어노드의 변화에 의해 영향을 받는 관찰의 대상이 되는 노드이다.
