| dc.description.abstract | 광 파면 제어부(Spatial Light Modulator: SLM)를 이용하여 위상 공액을 발생시키는 광 단일 채널 위상 공액 장치 및 방법이 개시된다. 광 단일 채널 위상 공액 장치는, 산란체에서 산란된 파면을 갖는 광이 입사되는 광 파면 제어부(Spatial Light Modulator: SLM), 및 상기 광 파면 제어부에서 집약되어 출사된 광의 위상 제어 파면을 감지하고, 상기 위상 제어 파면에 기초하여 상기 출사된 광의 방향을 역방향으로 변경함에 따라 위상 공액 파면을 갖는 광을 출력하는 단일 채널 광 감지 및 발생부를 포함할 수 있다. | - |
