| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은 가스 센서용 부재 및 그 제조 방법에 관한 것으로서, 구체적으로는 중공 구조 금속산화물 반도체 박막과 그래핀을 포함하여 구성되는 가스 센서용 부재 및 그 제조 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 하나 이상의 중공 구조 금속산화물 반도체 박막 및 상기 중공 구조 금속산화물 반도체 박막과 결착하는 그래핀층을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가스 센서용 부재를 개시하며, 본 발명에 의하여 중공(hollow) 구조를 가지는 금속산화물 반도체 박막과 이에 결착하는 그래핀층의 복합체를 이용하여 가스 센서용 부재를 구성함으로써, 극미량의 가스도 검출해 낼 수 있는 고감도 특성, 보다 빠른 반응 속도 및 회복 속도를 가지며, 외부의 물리적 스트레스를 견딜 수 있는 기계적 안정성을 가지면서, 다양한 가스를 검출할 수 있는 선택성을 가지는 가스 센서용 부재 및 그 제조 방법을 개시할 수 있는 효과를 갖는다. | - |
