그래핀의 제조 방법METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING GRAPHENE
본 발명에 따른 그래핀 제조 방법은 흑연, 탄소 나노 튜브, 탄소 나노 섬유 중 적어도 하나를 포함하는 탄소구조물과 이온액을 혼합하여 혼합물을 형성하는 단계, 혼합물에 1차 초음파를 조사하는 단계, 혼합물에 마이크로파를 조사하는 단계, 그리고 혼합물에 2차 초음파를 조사하여 그래핀을 형성하는 단계를 포함한다.
