초저전력용 가스센서ULTRA LOW POWER GAS SENSOR
본 발명에서는, 감지물질 또는 촉매물질을 동작온도로 가열하는 데에 소요되는 전력을 줄이고, 히터선 및 전극선을 통한 열손실을 줄임으로써, 감지대상가스의 농도를 측정하는 과정에서 소요되는 전력을 최소화할 수 있는 가스센서에 대하여 제시한다.
