미소진동 에뮬레이터는 플랫폼(platform), 제1 내지 제6 작동기(actuator)들 및 제1 내지 제6 구조물들을 포함한다. 플랫폼은 정육면체 형상을 가진다. 제1 내지 제6 작동기들은 플랫폼의 제1 내지 제6 면에 각각 부착되며, 구동 신호에 기초하여 플랫폼을 미소진동시키고 플랫폼에 대한 6축 제어를 수행한다. 제1 내지 제6 구조물들은 제1 내지 제6 작동기들에 각각 부착된다.
