다중 팬빔 나선형 ＣＴ 시스템 및 이를 이용한 엑스선 단층촬영방법Multiple fan-beam helical computed tomography system and computed tomography method using thereof
본 발명은 나선형 엑스선 단층촬영 시스템 및 방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따르면, 피검체를 중심으로 서로 대향하여 위치되는 엑스선 발생원과 엑스선 검출기가 피검체 주위를 나선형으로 회전하면서 피검체를 스캔하고, 회전축과 수직을 이루는 빔 차단 슬릿을 가지는 콜리메이터에 엑스선을 통과시킴으로써 투과 영상을 획득하며, 압축 센싱 기반의 반복형 알고리즘을 사용하여 얻어진 투과 영상을 재구성하도록 구성됨으로써, 종래의 CT 장치에 비해 CT 촬영시 발생하는 환자 및 의료진에 대한 피폭 선량을 감소시킬 수 있는 다중 팬빔 나선형 CT 시스템 및 이르 f이용한 엑스선 단층촬영방법이 제공된다.
