| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은 금 나노입자 성장 유도물질의 검출방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는, 금 나노입자 성장 유도물질에 의해 유도되는 금 나노입자의 성장과 형광 나노입자의 형광신호 저하를 이용하여 고감도로 금 나노입자 성장 유도물질을 용이하게 검출할 수 있는 금 나노입자 성장 유도물질의 검출방법에 관한 것이다.본 발명에 따르면, 금 나노입자의 성장 후 흡광도 변화를 측정하는 방식에 비해 높은 민감도로 금 나노입자 성장 유도물질을 검출할 수 있는 동시에 금 나노입자 성장 유도물질에 의해 유도되는 금 나노입자의 성장반응이 고체상에서 이루어져 금 나노입자 성장 유도물질을 용이하고 간단하게 측정할 수 있으며, 다양한 형광 기반 광학 바이오센서의 제조에 응용할 수 있는 효과가 있다. | - |
