본 발명은 RNA에 결합하는 항체의 선별방법 및 BC200 RNA에 특이적으로 결합하는 항체에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 선별방법은 기능성 RNA의 구조를 인식하는 인간 항체의 제조에 유용하게 사용되며, BC200 RNA에 특이적으로 결합하는 항체는 BC200 RNA를 인지하거나 그 작용을 조절할 수 있어 관련 의약분야에 다양하게 적용될 수 있다.
