이종 후각 수용체가 도입된 형질전환 초파리 및 이의 제작 방법Transgenic drosophila with heterologous Olfactory Receptor and method of producing thereof
본 발명은 이종 후각 수용체가 도입된 형질전환 초파리 및 이의 제작 방법에 관한 것으로, 후각기능을 상실한 초파리에서 이종 곤충의 후각공통수용체(AgOrco)와, 이에 결합하는 특이적 후각수용체(AgOr2, AgOr8)를 발현시켜 이종 곤충의 특이적인 후각수용체에 대한 후각반응만 측정이 가능하므로 해충에 대한 종-특이적 살충제/퇴충제 개발에 유용하게 이용될 수 있다.
