본 발명은 광섬유를 증폭 매질로 하는 쳐프 펄스 증폭 시스템의 능동적 보상 시스템에 있어서, 회절격자로 구성된 펄스 확장기를 포함하는 쳐프 펄스 증폭 시스템에서 펄스 확장기에서 입사되는 빔과 증폭단에서 입사되는 빔의 위치를 비교하여 보상하는 것으로, 상기 펄스 확장기에서 입사되는 빔의 위치와 광섬유 증폭단에서 입사되는 빔의 위치를 검출하는 위치측정부 및 상기 위치측정부로부터 검출된 두 빔의 위치를 광학적으로 조절하여 일치되도록 보상시키는 보상부를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
