본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 마이크로 펌프는 유체가 흡입되는 유체 흡입관, 상기 유체 흡입관에 연결되어 있으며, 외부 신호에 의해 팽창 및 수축을 반복하며 주변에 흡입력 및 토출력을 제공하는 펌핑관, 상기 펌핑관에 연결되어 있으며, 상기 펌핑관의 흡입력 및 토출력에 의해 구경이 변형되는 변형관, 상기 변형관에 연결되어 있으며, 유체가 토출되는 유체 토출관을 포함할 수 있다.
