본 발명에 따른 OOK 변조 장치는 입력전압에 따라 주파수가 가변되는 제1 주파수 신호를 출력하는 오실레이터; OOK 입력 데이터에 따라 구동하여 상기 제1 주파수 신호를 정수배한 제2 주파수 신호를 온/오프 스위칭하는 주파수 배수 스위칭부; 및 상기 OOK 입력 데이터에 따라 상기 제2 주파수 신호를 증폭 및 스위칭하여 OOK 변조 신호를 출력하는 스위칭 증폭부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
