본 발명은 표면에 알긴산 하이드로젤을 형성할 수 있는 종이 기판과 이의 제조방법, 및 표면에 알긴산 하이드로젤이 형성된 종이 기판과 이의 제조방법을 제공한다. 본 발명의 종이 기판은 세포 공동 배양에도 이용될 수 있을 뿐 아니라, 기관 수준의 3차원 조직을 만들 수 있는 플랫폼으로도 사용 가능하다.
