| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은 가지형 폴리에틸렌글리콜을 이용한 초자성나노입자의 용매 치환 방법에 대한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 가지형 폴리에틸렌글리콜을 이용하여 초자성나노입자의 표면을 개질하고, 이를 통해 용매 치환을 유도한 뒤, 이를 세포 표지 및 자기공명영상 조영제로 사용하는 것에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 가지형 폴리에틸렌글리콜을 이용한 초자성나노입자의 용매 치환법은 대량의 유기용매상에 분산된 초자성나노입자를 효율적으로 수용액상으로 치환할 수 있고, 결과물인 수용액상에 단분산된 초자성나노입자는 세포 표지 및 자기공명영상 조영제 등으로 유용하게 쓰여 생명, 의료 관련 산업 발전에 크게 기여할 것으로 기대된다. | - |
