| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은 주의력 결핍 과잉 행동 모델 마우스 및 이를 이용한 집중력 장애 질병 예방 및 치료용 조성물의 스크리닝 방법에 관한 것으로서, 보다 구체적으로 코발트 선을 전두엽의 우측에 삽입한 동물 모델이 주의력 결핍 과잉 행동 모델 마우스로써 유용하며, 상기 동물 모델에 비특이적 T-타입 칼슘 채널 억제제의 하나인 에토숙시미드를 투여함으로써, 집중력 장애의 특징인 낮은 주파수의 뇌파, 과잉행동, 및 인지기능의 저하가 관찰되는 결과를 통하여 주의력 결핍 과잉 행동 모델 마우스를 이용하여 집중력 장애 치료제 스크리닝에 활용할 수 있으며, 비특이적 T-타입 칼슘 채널 억제제를 함유하는 조성물을 집중력 장애 예방 및 치료에 유용하게 사용할 수 있음을 확인하였다. | - |
