본 발명은 대용량 해저저장탱크 내의 유체 순환을 통한 수송배관 가열 시스템에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 해저저장탱크 내에 저장되는 유체(원유)를 순환시키는 순환라이저를 형성하여 유체를 순환시킴으로써, 유체의 고체화에 의한 라이저의 막힘 현상을 예방하는 대용량 해저저장탱크 내의 유체 순환을 통한 수송배관 가열 시스템에 관한 것이다.
