마이크로플루이딕 장치, 장치의 제조방법 및 하이드로젤에 세포를 담지하는 방법Microfluidic system, manufacturing method thereof and method of cell encapsulation in hydrogel
본 발명은 세포가 하이드로젤에 담지되는 기술에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 미세기둥 어레이존과 포커싱존을 통과하면서 단일세포로 분산되어 하이드로젤에 담지되는 마이크로플루이딕 장치, 장치의 제조방법 및 하이드로젤에 세포를 담지하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명인 마이크로플루이딕 장치를 이용한 세포 담지 방법을 적용하면, 미세기둥 어레이존이라는 구조체를 이용하여 뭉쳐있는 구형이 아닌 미생물 세포를 분산시키고, 포커싱존에서 하이드로젤 방울에 단일 세포의 형태로 담지함으로써, 고분자로 인한 세포의 뭉침 문제를 해결하고 분리된 세포를 단일세포의 형태로 하이드로젤에 담지하는 것이 가능하다.
