그래파이트를 산화시켜 산화 그래핀을 형성하는 단계; 상기 산화 그래핀을 물에 분산시켜 산화 그래핀의 분산액을 형성하는 단계; 상기 산화 그래핀을 환원시켜 환원된 산화 그래핀의 분산액을 형성하는 단계; 및 상기 환원된 산화 그래핀의 분산액을 염 수용액에 투입하여 공기/물 계면에서 그래핀 필름을 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 그래핀 필름의 제조방법이 제공된다.
