본 발명은 기판을 준비하는 단계; 및 상기 기판에 서로 다른 2 이상의 블록 공중합체를 차례로 코팅 및 산화시키는 단계를 포함하고, 상기 코팅 및 산화된 블록 공중합체의 굴절률은 먼저 코팅 및 산화된 것이 나중에 코팅 및 산화된 것보다 크고, 상기 블록 공중합체는 서로 다른 2 이상의 블록을 포함하며, 상기 블록 중 어느 하나는 실리콘을 포함하는 기판 제조방법 및 기판을 제공한다.
