유기 봉지 구조체를 포함하는 전자 장치는, 전자 소자가 배치되는 소자 기판과, 소자 기판과 봉지 기판을 봉지하여 전자 소자가 포함되는 공간을 형성하는 유기 봉지 구조체를 포함한다. 유기 봉지 구조체는, 봉지 기판 아래에 형성되는 유기 구조물과, 유기 구조물 아래에 형성되는 무기막과, 무기막 아래에 배치되고, 자외선에 의해 경화되어 소자 기판과 봉지 기판을 접착시키는 실런트를 포함한다.
