3가 철 이온을 이용한 바이오디젤 제조방법Preparation method of biodiesel using ferric ion
본 발명은 미세조류 배양액에 Fe3+ 이온을 첨가하여 미세조류를 농축하는 제1 단계, 상기 제1 단계에서 농축된 미세조류 농축액에 과산화수소를 첨가하여 미세조류 지질을 추출하는 제2 단계, 상기 제2 단계에서 추출된 미세조류 지질 추출액에 메탄올을 첨가하여 제1 에스테르화 반응을 유도하는 제3 단계 및 상기 제3 단계에서 제1 에스테르화 반응이 완료된 반응액에 염기 촉매를 첨가하여 제2 에스테르화 반응을 유도하는 제4 단계를 포함하는 바이오디젤의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
