Abstract

The present invention relates to the microorganism variant with the ability of the hydrocarbon produced including alkane and the method using this microorganism variant to produce the hydrocarbon including alkane.More particularly it relates to such microorganism variant: wherein introduce coding in the improved microorganism being suitable to produce the hydrocarbon including alkane and fattyacyl-acyl carrier protein is changed into the gene of enzyme of free fatty, coding free fatty is changed into the gene of enzyme of fatty acyl group coenzyme A, coding fatty aldehyde is changed into by the gene of the enzyme of CoA converting for fatty acyl group one-tenth fatty aldehyde and coding the gene of enzyme of alkane and obtains.The method that the invention still further relates to produce the hydrocarbon including alkane.The microorganism variant of the present invention can be used on to be transformed in the improvement to bacterial strain by extra metabolic fluxes, and thus can be used for commercial production hydrocarbon including alkane.
