뇌전증 동물모델 및 그의 제조 방법Animal model for epilepsy and method for producing the same
본 발명은 뇌전증 유도용 조성물 및 이의 이용에 관한 것이다. 보다 구체적으로, 본 발명은 염기서열의 변이가 일어난 mTOR(Mammalian target of rapamycin) 유전자 또는 아미노산 서열의 변이가 일어난 mTOR 단백질을 포함하는 뇌전증 유도용 조성물, 상기 유전자를 포함하는 재조합 벡터, 상기 벡터가 도입된 세포 또는 배아, 상기 벡터로 형질전환된 뇌전증이 유도된 동물 및 이의 제조 방법. 그리고 이를 이용한 뇌전증 치료제의 스크리닝 방법에 관한 것이다.
