음압숙성에 의한 금속나노입자의 제조방법 및 그에 의해 제조된 금속나노입자Method for manufacturing metal nanoparticles using a negative pressure aging and metal nanoparticles manufactured using the same
본 발명은 음압숙성에 의한 금속나노입자의 제조방법 및 그에 의해 제조된 금속나노입자에 관한 것으로, 음압 (negative pressure)하에서의 숙성을 통하여 기존의 수열반응이나 폴리올반응에서의 저온 냉각의 숙성과정을 통하여 발생하는 나노입자간의 응집 및 재융해현상을 막았다. 또한, 반응챔버내에 난류를 형성하여 응집된 입자들이 전단응력을 받아서 재분산되도록 하였다.그리하여, 본 발명으로 나노입자 합성에서의 응집문제의 해결하고 높은 수율을 획득하여, 기존의 응집파손방식이 가지는 한계인 응집문제와 수율문제를 동시에 해결하였다.
