가속도계용 복합 감쇠기Hybrid damper for accelerometer
가속도계용 복합 감쇠기는 고정 부재, 도전 부재 및 자력 부재를 포함한다. 도전 부재는 상기 고정 부재를 향해서 질량체와 함께 전후진 가능하게 배치된다. 상기 도전 부재와 상기 고정 부재와의 사이에는 공기 감쇠를 위한 공기 유동 공간이 형성된다. 자력 부재는 상기 도전 부재와 함께 와전류 감쇠를 위한 자기장을 형성한다. 따라서, 복합 감쇠기는 공기 감쇠와 와전류 감쇠를 복합적으로 수행하게 되므로, 간단한 구조로 향상된 감쇠 효과를 발휘할 수 있게 된다.
