유기붕소 촉매를 이용한 실릴화 환원된 N-헤테로고리 화합물의 제조방법Boron-Catalyzed Silylative Reduction of N-Heteroaromatics
본 발명은 유기붕소 촉매 존재 하, 실란 화합물을 이용하여 sp2-혼성화된 질소 원자(sp2 hybridized nitrogen atom)를 포함하는 N-헤테로방향족 화합물을 환원시킴과 동시에 상기 N-헤테로방향족 화합물의 질소 원자에 대한 베타-위치에 실릴기를 도입하여 실릴화 환원(silylative reduction)된 N-헤테로고리 화합물을 제조하는 방법에 관한 것이다.
