| dc.description.abstract | 자동 초점 조절 기능을 구비한 3차원 미세구조물 제조 시스템이 개시된다. 본 발명의 3차원 미세구조물 제조 시스템은, 펨토초 레이저로부터 전달된 레이저 빔의 경로를 변경하고 가공하는 레이저 빔 가공부, 가공된 레이저 빔을 초점 형성하여 조사하는 대물 렌즈, 유리 기판의 일 면에 위치하며 대물 렌즈를 통해 조사되는 레이저 빔에 의해 이광자 흡수 현상을 일으켜 형광을 발생시키는 광경화성 수지, 유리 기판의 위치를 이동시키는 이동 스테이지, 대물 렌즈로부터 조사되는 레이저 빔을 촬영하는 CCD 카메라 및 이동 스테이지의 초기 위치를 설정하고, 이동 스테이지를 대물 렌즈가 위치한 Z축 방향으로 이동시키면서 CCD 카메라를 통해 촬영된 레이저 빔의 영상으로부터 형광을 검출하여 이동 스테이지의 위치를 자동 조절하는 제어 컴퓨터를 포함한다. | - |
