자연 복제 구조를 갖는 접촉 대전 발전기(triboelectric energy harvester)는 상부 전극; 상기 상부 전극에 대해 수직 방향으로 아래에 배치되는 하부 전극; 및 상기 상부 전극 또는 상기 하부 전극 중 적어도 어느 하나의 표현에 형성되는 대전 물질을 포함하고, 상기 대전 물질의 표면은 마이크로-나노 스케일의 자연 복제 구조(nature-replicated structure)를 갖는다.
