본 발명의 사이토카인이 담지된 다공성 실리카 나노입자를 포함하는 M2 대식세포로의 분화유도용 조성물은, 사이토카인을 생체 내로 전달하여 단핵구, 대식세포 등이 M2 대식세포로 분화하는 것을 유도함으로써, 과도한 면역 반응을 조절하여 효과적인 면역반응이 일어날 수 있도록 한다.
