| dc.description.abstract | 유전체 장벽 방전용 전극 조립체 및 이를 이용한 플라즈마 처리장치가 개시된다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 유전체 장벽 방전용 전극 조립체는 피처리물의 길이방향으로 연장되는 제1 전극부; 피처리물에 대향되는 제1 전극부의 제1 모서리를 감싸는 유전체 장벽부; 및 제1 전극부와 유전체 장벽부를 감싸도록 배치되되, 제1 전극부에 인가된 전력에 기초하여 제1 전극부와의 사이에 유전체 장벽 방전(Dielectric Barrier Discharge)을 발생시켜 공정가스를 플라즈마화시키고 플라즈마화된 공정가스를 피처리물 방향으로 공급하는 플라즈마 공급모듈을 포함한다. | - |
