| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은 표시 장치에 관한 것으로, 표시 영역을 가지는 기판, 상기 기판 위에 형성되어 있으며 제1 전압이 인가되는 제1 전극, 상기 기판 위에 형성되어 있으며 상기 제1 전압과 반대의 극성을 가지는 제2 전압이 인가되는 제2 전극, 상기 제1 전극 및 상기 제2 전극 위에 형성되어 있는 절연막, 그리고 상기 절연막 위에 형성되어 있으며 전기적으로 고립되어 있고 상기 제1 전압 및 제2 전압의 인가에 의해 유도 전하가 발생하는 고립 부재를 포함하고, 상기 제1 및 2 전압의 인가에 따라 광 투과율이 제어된다. 이렇게 하면 고립 부재에 전압을 인가하기 위한 신호선이 필요 없으므로 표시 장치가 단순한 구조를 가질 수 있다.표시 장치, 고립 부재, 가동 부재, 고정 전극, 정전기 유도 | - |
