본 발명은 미세조류의 동시 지질추출 및 에스테르 교환반응을 이용한 바이오디젤의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 구체적으로는 건조공정을 거치지 않은 젖은 미세조류에 용매, 알코올 및 촉매를 이용하여 높은 전환 효율로 바이오디젤을 얻는 방법이 제공된다. 본 발명은 추출과 전환을 하나의 공정으로 병합시켜 진행함으로써 비용적 측면에서 유용하다.
