고강도 질화알루미늄 소결체 및 이의 저온 소결방법Aluminum Nitride ceramics with high strength and the method of low temperature sintering thereof
본 발명은 알칼리 토금속 및 지르코늄을 포함하는 산화물; 및 희토류 금속 산화물;을 포함하는 소결소재와 질화알루미늄(AlN) 원료 분말을 소결함으로써 얻어지는 질화알루미늄(AIN) 소결체 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 의해 얻어지는 질화알루미늄(AIN) 소결체는 저온 소결이 가능하며 우수한 기계적 특성을 가질 수 있다.
