암묵신호 분리에서의 순열/비례 문제 해결장치 및 그 방법이 개시된다. 본 발명에 따른 암묵신호 분리에서의 순열/비례 문제 해결장치는, 서로 다른 주파수 출력신호의 인접한 (2n-1) 번째 주파수 요소와 2n 번째 주파수 요소를 합산하는 주파수요소 합산부; 주파수요소 합산부에 의해 합산된 주파수 요소에 대한 (2n-1) 번째 주파수 요소와 2n 번째 주파수 요소를 재합산하는 주파수요소 재합산부; 및 원래의 출력신호, 주파수요소 합산부에 의해 합산된 신호 및 주파수요소 재합산부에 의해 재합산된 신호의 각각에 기초하여 암묵신호 분리를 수행하는 암묵신호 분리부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다(여기서, n은 자연수).
