저농도의 마이코톡신 측정방법Method for assaying mycotoxin
본 발명은 저농도 마이코톡신(mycotoxin)의 측정에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 다양한 식품 속에 저농도로 존재하는 마이코톡신을 분리 및 정제한 후 금속기판위에 흡착시켜 이차이온 질량분석기로 마이코톡신을 분석하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 의하여 식품 내에 존재하는 인체 내 유해 독성물질을 사전에 빠르고 정확하게 스크리닝할 수 있게 됨으로써 보건의료의 개선 및 독성물질의 연구에 크게 기여할 수 있을 것이다.
